Contact Details and Medical Conditions

Hi there again, I need you to update your contact details and medical conditions in this form.

For tomorrow, please have the following with you.
1. a working Oral Digital Thermometer
2. Your completed Writing Journal on Day One of School
3. $2.70 for School Diary
4. $1.80 for Stellar materials
5. Your parents' letter to me

Please prepare single-lined exercise books for the following.

English
1. My Writing Journal (first written assignment to be submitted tomorrow)
2. Spelling/Dictation

Maths
1. Maths (Textbook Exercise)
2. Maths (challenging sums)

I hope you have had a great Day One at School. Mine was albeit it was long and tiring. 10 solid periods in class plus P1 Buddy Programme in the afternoon.
