SW - Surf Heaven Boutique

- date and place you bought the T-shirt? 11 October 2011 and Surf Heaven Boutique
- what was wrong with the T-shirt? Torn 
- when you went back o the shop? on the same day at 5.30 pm What happened there? was not allowed to exchange
- how you felt about the incident? upset/angry 
- why you should be given a new T-shirt? stated on the receipt that all items could be exchanged within 3 days of purchase with original receipt.

Dear Manager

On 11 October 2011, I bought a shirt from Surf Heaven Boutique (1m). When I returned home, I realised that the T-shirt was torn (1m). I returned to the shop on the same day at 5.30pm (1m) to request for an exchange. However, my request was rudely turned down (1m) by your staff. I felt very upset about this incident. I should be granted the exchange since it was stated on the receipt that all items could be exchanged within three days of puchase with the original receipt (1m).

Please look into this matter.
